I ship all items using the United States Postal Service (USPS) using the least expensive option available to me for your order.
I always ship your items with the utmost care and attention. However, sometimes a package can be damaged during shipping outside of my control. Unfortunately, I can’t be held responsible for damages that occur en route.
Winter Holidays
I take off two or three days before Winter Solstice each year (which takes place in December where I live). I return to my shop either February 1 or sometime late in January the following year. You’re welcome to place orders during this time, but physical orders will only be fulfilled once I return to the shop.
If you’re purchasing gifts for the holidays that take place around this time of year, I strongly urge you to order no later than 3 weeks in advance for orders shipping within the United States. Given the US government’s ongoing destruction of our Postal Service, I recommend ordering as early as possible in order to avoid delays and other issues that are outside of my control once I mail it.
Shipping Upgrades
In order to keep costs low, I typically use USPS First Class Mail (or Media Mail where legally applicable), but if you would like a little extra security or expediency, I suggest updating to Priority Mail. Priority Mail Express is the fastest.
Shipping Estimates
Estimated time for delivery within the United States: 1-2 weeks
Shipping Delays
I do my best to get all orders shipped within 5-10 business days after receiving your order, but delays may occasionally occur due to my disabilities, weather, or other unforeseen events. In those cases, I will do my best to communicate any significant delays to you in writing, and if they are too significant to abide by, I’ll be happy to provide you with a full refund.
Please note that once a package has been shipped, it is out of my hands. I encourage you to review my Refunds and Returns section in my Terms of Sale page before you place your order and to reach out to the mail carrier for any issues that may arise.
International Orders
Due to the uncertainty of US laws and the ongoing, multiple, ridiculous trade wars being waged by my country, I’m very sad to say that I’ll only be able to ship within the United States for the foreseeable future. My apologies to everyone outside the US having to deal with this with us.
If you’d like to purchase a digital item, you may do so through my itch.io shop where they have resources to take on international orders that I don’t have. Thank you in advance for your understanding, and I sincerely hope I’ll be able to open the shop up for international orders one day!
